Cori Bush Wins Democratic Primary Race
Cori Bush easily won the Democratic primary in the 1st Congressional District Tuesday trouncing state Sen. Steve Roberts Jr. The Associated Press called the race just after 8 p.m. with Bush leading Roberts 66% to 32% with 62% of precincts reporting.
A Comfortable Reelection
Cori Bush also sailed to a comfortable reelection Tuesday night sending a message that St Louis Democrats are happy with their outspoken representative. Bush defeated Republican challenger Andrew Jones 74% to 26% with 100% of precincts reporting.
